Belly Dance Company
Sabrina's Belly Dance Company
Founded in the Fall of 2007, the award winning collective of students of Sabrina who, under her artistic direction, and with her collaborative methodology, perform to unique and creative choreography of the art of the belly dance while creating mesmerizing, thoughtful, and entertaining performance art pieces that incorporate classical and traditional belly dance as well as modern interpretations of the belly dance.
The Belly Dance Company Members perform group, duet, and solo dances, both at public and private events.
Membership is open to any student of Sabrina who is attending Basic and/or Repertoire Classes on a regular basis and by invitation by Sabrina.
Regular attendance at rehearsals is mandatory.
Awards
Awards won at the 2008 Belly Dance People's Choice include Best Drum Solo, Best Choreography, Best Personality, and Front Runner!
